How to Participate

If you are an orthodontist interested in participating with Smile for a Lifetime Foundation, you can request an application from our National Executive Director, Aimee Spencer, to start a local chapter in your area. This application will allow the board to ensure proper coordination between the orthodontists and chapters.

Who will be responsible for local publicity and promotion? How do you plan on promoting and publicizing the chapter in your region?*
